Malpensa, dal 27 luglio nuove regolazioni per il traffico

Aggiornamento 31/07/2019: dal 1 agosto è stato reintrodotto l’uso alternato delle piste. Il resto delle limitazioni è stato prorogato senza modifiche fino al 26 ottobre: leggi articolo.

Dal 27 luglio 2019, con la chiusura dello scalo di Linate per lavori di riqualifica [leggi articolo sulla chiusura], Malpensa avrà il compito di assorbire gran parte del traffico passeggeri destinato originariamente a Linate. Questa necessità ha spinto le Autorità competenti a prendere misure straordinarie implementando temporanee nuove regolazione per il traffico aereo che opererà da/per Milano-Malpensa. Tali regolazioni sono al momento introdotte mediante NOTAM valido fino al 5 agosto 2019.

In particolare, l’uso delle piste è strettamente pianificato come segue:

  • Dalle 06.00 alle 00.00 locali:
    • Partenze 35R;
    • Arrivi 35L;
  • Dalle 00.01 alle 05.59 locali:
    • Partenze 17R;
    • Arrivi 35L.

In accordo al traffico la finestra 00.01-05.59 può essere soggetta a cambiamenti ma le richieste di decollo da piste diverse non saranno accettate ad eccezione degli aeromobili autorizzati dalle Autorità.

Per garantire la piena operatività e una buona pianificazione delle attività, le ispezioni pista sono pianificate nei seguite archi orari:

  • 17L/35R: 05.30-05.45, 15.00-15.15 e 22.00-22.15 (locali);
  • 17R/35L: 05.45-06.00, 15.15-15.30 e 22.15-22.30 (locali);

Il gestore non accetterà dirottamenti da altri aeroporti ad eccezione per gli aeromobili di Stato, ospedale, militari e in emergenza. ENAC ha in aggiunta vietato tutte le attività di addestramento IFR. Le attività VFR sono consentite esclusivamente per aeromobili di base.

Inoltre, saranno introdotte anche limitazioni al traffico di aviazione generale. Non potranno infatti operare per Malpensa aeromobili ad ala fissa con peso massimo al decollo minore di 2720 kg. Dalle 10.00 alle 12.00 locali per gli aeromobili non di base tale limite è aumentato a 7000 kg. Dal 26 luglio le soste sono consentite fino ad un massimo di 12 ore e l’handler scelto dall’operatore dovrà essere indicato nel campo 18 del piano di volo. Sulla frequenza 131.875 Mhz sarà istituita la posizione “Apron Coordination SEA Prime” da contattare per ricevere le istruzioni per il push-back o coordinare eventuali riposizionamenti.

Le radiali di uscita delle initial climb procedures verranno assegnate secondo i seguenti criteri stabiliti a partire dal 1 marzo [leggi criteri di assegnazione delle ICP].
