Gli aeromobili militari opereranno sulle acque internazionali con dovuto riguardo per la sicurezza del traffico aereo nelle vicinanze in accordo alla procedura ‘Due Regard’, secondo la quale la responsabilità della separazione del traffico OAT da quello GAT è assunta dalla Comando militare, che garantisce un livello di sicurezza equivalente a quello previsto dagli standard ICAO. Gli enti ATC, in relazione a tale traffico, forniscono i servizi per quanto possibile, fornendo al traffico GAT le informazioni a loro disponibili.
